DENVER - April 13, 2008. Awake Entertainment, LLC was formed to develop a cutting-edge online dating and social media site. Co-Founders Debra Berndt, Steve Toth, and Paul Bracewell have extensive backgrounds in the dating and entertainment/broadcasting industry, internet marketing, social network marketing, and advanced website technology respectively. Steve Toth, Paul Bracewell and Jerry Hobby own Real Technology Group, LLC., a technology consulting firm is providing all of the technology services, management and staffing required.
